Overview
The Living Values Activities curriculum is
written for educators and other adults working
with children who are concerned about an increasingly
violent world and a lack of respect for others.
Already a success in more than 1,000 locations
worldwide, Living Values Education offers age-appropriate
activities that promote self-esteem, critical
thinking, emotional intelligence, and creative
expression-the necessary wellspring of skills
that will enable children to respond positively
to an ever-changing and diverse society. This
Living Values Activities book includes:
-
Scripted reflective sessions and content
for all training sessions Sample training
agendas for one-, two- and three-days educator
trainings and a five-day train-the-trainer
session.
-
Easy-to-design method based on the inclusion
of each Training Component.
-
Overheads and handouts that are also available
in color on online.
-
Evaluation forms for educators and students.
People who wish to be LVE trainers should
be professional educators: teachers, teacher
trainers, education officials, and psychologists
who already have existing skills in training
adults or facilitating groups. They will need
to participate in a LVE Train-the-Trainer course.
